Event Details
  • Determine the regular communication for nominations. Marc has sent out the initial so what should be the cadence and method for ongoing communication
  • We need to start reaching out for sponsorship to help with costs - come prepared to provide companies and contact names that can be reached.  Todd and I have worked on a special program for that and I have attached it for review and feedback.  
  • I have received information from Tiburon and the quote follows.  I am waiting to hear on Charlies on the Lake 
    •  $300 room rental - we can utilize the large room like last year and we need to discuss how to do the setup and appetizer tables
    • $2,500 food and beverage minimum
    • 5.5% sales tax ($137.5 for just the minimum)
    • 20% service charge on food and beverage so that would be $500 for just the minimum
    • If we just meet the minimum we would need about $3,500 to cover the ceremony
  • I would like to review costs from last year on the following so please have them with you
    • trophies
    • gift cards
    • frames
    • certificates
    • printing 
    • any other costs that were incurred
  • I received some quotes on strolling magicians if we would want to pursue that avenue.  Do we want to also consider having music.

Sponsorship options

 

 

Premiere Sponsor - $1,500 (Only one sponsor for this option)

  • Logo/name prominently displayed and tagged as “Premier Awards Ceremony Sponsor” on the award nomination page within the HDI Nebraska web site
  • Logo/name on attendee name tags
  • Logo/name displayed on slideshow during awards presentation
  • Special recognition by HDI Nebraska President at beginning of awards presentation
  • Table for promotional materials and networking
  • A drink ticket provided to each attendee - Inscription to read: “Drink courtesy of our premiere sponsor [sponsor name]”
  • Gift raffle of your choice (gift(s) provided by sponsor)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Entertainment - $800 - (Only one sponsor for this option)

(for example, DJ, strolling magician, strolling characters, etc)

  • Name tent on cocktail tables with

“Entertainment sponsored by [sponsor name]”

  • Table for promotional materials and networking

 

 

 

 

 

Photobooth/Selfie Station - $500 (Only one sponsor for this option)

  • Logo/company name proudly displayed
  • Table for promotional materials and networking

 

 

 

 

 

Appetizer/Dessert table = $300 (# may be limited due to space in venue)

  • Name tent on one appetizer/dessert table with “Courtesy of [sponsor name]” OR
  • The appetizer/desserts can be on a table along with promotional materials to allow for networking

 

 

 

 

 

 

50 drink tickets to personally hand out to attendees- $250 (no limit on # of sponsors)

  • Inscription to read: “Drink courtesy of [sponsor name]”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Corporate sponsor – Individual welcome boards = $150

  • Logo/company name displayed on board with content that reads “ABC Company welcomes you to the annual awards celebration”
